Mini-Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy for Complex Staghorn Stones in Children

Pediatric mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy (mini-PCNL) is safe and effective for complex pediatric kidney stones. Stone clearance rates were inversely dependent on stone complexity, with acceptable complication rates.
