This study introduces a novel hybrid fabrication method for microfluidic chips, combining polyvinyl chloride (PVC) foils and Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramics (LTCC). The new chips demonstrate significantly higher flow rates and potential for low-cost, rapid production.
