Summary

Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are key regulators of innate immunity, rapidly induced by inflammation via nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB). These lncRNAs modulate inflammatory responses by interacting with chromatin-modifying proteins and intracellular signaling pathways.
