Initial Experience with da Vinci Single-port Robot-assisted Radical Prostatectomies

Single-port robot-assisted radical prostatectomy (spRARP) using the da Vinci SP system is safe and feasible, demonstrating acceptable operative times and blood loss. Further studies are needed to compare outcomes with existing robotic systems and assess patient-reported cosmesis and pain.
