Is fetal isolated double renal collecting system an indication for chromosomal microarray?

Isolated duplex renal collecting system on prenatal ultrasound does not increase the risk for chromosomal aberrations. Chromosomal microarray analysis (CMA) in these pregnancies shows no higher abnormality rate than the general population.
