Peripheral blood stem cell apheresis in low-weight children: A single centre study

Peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (PBSCT) is feasible in pediatric donors under 20kg. A modified custom prime method achieved sufficient stem cell yields for both autologous and allogeneic PBSCT in most cases.
