Infertile couples require comprehensive training software addressing pre-treatment, diagnostic, and post-treatment needs, including crucial psychological support. This software should be designed based on the identified multidimensional training requirements of the infertile community.
Area of Science:
- Reproductive Health
- Medical Education
- Human Psychology
Background:
- Infertility affects couples across social, cultural, and health dimensions.
- Understanding training needs is crucial for supporting infertile individuals.
- This study focused on Iranian infertile couples' training requirements.
Purpose of the Study:
- To explore and explain the training needs of Iranian infertile couples.
- To identify specific training requirements for infertility treatment.
- To inform the development of targeted training software.
Main Methods:
- Qualitative content analysis of interviews and focus groups.
- In-depth interviews with 10 infertile individuals (4 men, 6 women).
- Focus group discussions with 6 healthcare professionals (gynecologists, reproductive health specialists, midwives).
Main Results:
- A central theme of "a multidimensional training application" emerged.
- Four main categories of training needs were identified: pre-treatment, diagnostic, mid- and post-treatment, and continuous psychological training.
- Twenty subcategories further detailed these training requirements.
Conclusions:
- Infertile individuals have complex training needs throughout the diagnostic and treatment process.
- Psychological support is a critical, often overlooked, training component.
- A tailored training software is essential to meet the diverse needs of the infertile community.

Qualitative Analysis
There are two main approaches to qualitative analysis:...
Spin–Spin Coupling: Two-Bond Coupling (Geminal Coupling)
The central atom need not be NMR-active because its electrons are affected by the electron polarization of the spin-active atoms. However, spin information is transmitted less effectively than in one-bond coupling, and 2J values are usually weaker than 1J values. The energy of...
Spin–Spin Coupling: Three-Bond Coupling (Vicinal Coupling)
The extent of coupling depends on the C‑C bond length, the two H‑C‑C angles, any electron-withdrawing substituents, and the dihedral angle between the involved orbitals. The...
