Underwater cold snare polypectomy for colorectal adenomas

Underwater cold snare polypectomy (UCSP) improves R0 resection rates for colorectal adenomas by achieving deeper tissue removal. This safe and effective endoscopic technique enhances pathological complete resection compared to conventional cold snare polypectomy.
