Abstract:
Microbiological methods are the most accessible in clinical assay of drug concentrations in biological fluids. When a sensitive test system is available and the requirements for collection and investigation of the materials are observed such methods are applicable in studies of pharmacokinetics of both antibacterial and antitumor drugs.
