Bupropion, a possible antidepressant without negative effects on alcohol relapse

Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs) may increase alcohol relapse, while Serotonin-Norepinephrine-Dopamine Reuptake Inhibitors (SNDRIs) do not. These findings suggest new treatment strategies for co-occurring depression and alcohol use disorders.
