Summary
Giant cell tumors (GCTs) are rare, locally aggressive bone tumors. This case highlights successful single-stage anterior surgical removal of a GCT in the cervical spine, a rare location.

- The GCT was widely curetted via the anterior approach, followed by anterior cage and plate-screw fixation for spinal fusion.
Implications:
- This case demonstrates the feasibility of a single-stage anterior approach for posteriorly located cervical spine GCTs.
- Successful surgical management can achieve tumor resection and spinal stability in rare GCT presentations.
