Anatomic variations associated with antrochoanal polyps.

Antrochoanal polyps (ACPs) are linked to sinonasal variations like accessory ostia and septal deviation (SD). SD may contribute to ACP development by altering nasal airflow, with polyps often extending into the nasopharynx.
