Procedural Challenges During Intubation in Patients With Oropharyngeal Masses: A Prospective Observational Study

Successful intubation is common for oropharyngeal masses, but airway management complications like difficult mask ventilation and oxygen desaturation are frequent. Success rates alone do not fully capture these challenges.
