Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) is the most common cutaneous sarcoma, originating from fibroblasts.
It is characterized by slow, locally destructive growth with rare metastasis, often leading to delayed diagnosis due to nonspecific clinical presentation.

Purpose of the Study:

To review the diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans.
To highlight the role of molecular targeted therapy in advanced DFSP.
