Programmed cell death 1 (PD-1) receptor inhibitors can cause skin reactions. This case report details a rare bullous lichen planus pemphigoides eruption in a patient treated with nivolumab for lung cancer.

- Prompt diagnosis and management, including drug cessation and corticosteroid treatment, are vital.
