Abstract:
Catherine is an advanced nurse practitioner and today she is reviewing patients with chronic diseases. She is trained to clinically assess patients and to refer to medical and other colleagues as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Her first patient is Mr Finch who is 66 years old. He suffers with Parkinson's disease.
