Can VEP-based acuity estimates in one eye be improved by applying knowledge from the other eye?

Estimating visual acuity using VEPs (visual evoked potentials) is improved by patient-specific factors. However, differences between objective and subjective acuity in one eye do not predict those in the other eye.
