Purpose of the Study:

To determine the frequency of 'hospital registry' operations in polyclinics within the Central Federal District.
To evaluate past outpatient surgical care experiences.
To identify future development directions for outpatient surgery.

Analysis of medical care data for over 48 million individuals.
Study covered 17 regions in the Central Federal District from 2011 to 2016.
