    Background:

    • Immunoglobulin (Ig) isotype expression on lymphocytes is crucial for immune responses.

    • To investigate the sequence of immunoglobulin isotype acquisition during murine lymphocyte differentiation.

    • Lymphocytes were enzymatically radioiodinated.
