Subthreshold laser treatment for retinal arterial macroaneurysm associated with exudative maculopathy

Subthreshold laser treatment (STLT) successfully treated a case of retinal arterial macroaneurysm (RAM) with exudative maculopathy. This approach improved vision and resolved fluid, offering a promising, complication-free option for RAM.
