Coconut Water as an Extender Component for Cooled Equine Sperm

Coconut water extenders did not preserve equine sperm motility during cooling. Formulations with powdered coconut water or 5% egg yolk significantly reduced sperm kinetics compared to a commercial extender, though plasma membrane integrity remained unaffected.
