Quality Initiative to Improve Compliance With Perioperative Anticoagulation

Improving adherence to anticoagulation guidelines for gynecologic oncology surgery patients receiving neuraxial analgesia significantly enhanced patient safety. A quality initiative successfully increased compliance, reducing venous thromboembolism (VTE) risk.
