Abstract:
A micromethod will be recommended for indirect enumeration of bacteria in quantitative testing of disinfectants. This method works with only 10 percent of volumina used in commonly macromethod. The advantages of microtechnique are reduction of working time and material as like as a rising of trial quantity and a reduction of substance doses needed for testing.
