Summary

This study investigated the effectiveness of injecting Prilocaine-fenylpressin below the mylohyoid muscle for dental anesthesia. Partial anesthesia of the mylohyoid nerve was achieved in 21% of participants, suggesting a sensory role in mandibular molars.
