Summary
A rare case of cutaneous tuberculosis, known as a tuberculous chancre, was diagnosed in an immunocompetent woman following a minor injury. This form of skin tuberculosis can spread through the lymphatic system, even in healthy individuals.

- The patient was diagnosed with a tuberculous chancre, a rare presentation of cutaneous tuberculosis with lymphatic dissemination.
- Treatment with standard quadruple anti-TB therapy led to significant regression of skin lesions within one month.
