Electroanatomic mapping (EAM) significantly reduces fluoroscopy time and contrast use during Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy with a defibrillator (CRT-D) implantation. This EAM-guided approach using EnSite NavX and Carto 3 is a safe and feasible alternative to conventional methods.
