Exercise-Induced Changes in Ocular Blood Flow Parameters in Primary Open-Angle Glaucoma Patients

Aerobic exercise significantly increases ocular blood flow (OBF) parameters in primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) patients. Despite a slight rise in intraocular pressure (IOP), increased mean arterial pressure (MAP) leads to improved OBF shortly after exercise.

- Further research is warranted to explore the long-term implications of these exercise-induced changes on glaucoma prognosis.
