This study presents a novel single-channel surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor for rapid, simultaneous detection of gentamicin (GEN) and melamine (MEL) in milk and serum. The method achieves high efficiency with low sample dosage, enabling quick and accurate analysis.
