Mildly decreased kidney function, indicated by estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) between 60-89 mL/min/1.73 m², is linked to left ventricular (LV) geometry changes in men. Specifically, abnormal relative wall thickness (RWT) was associated with reduced eGFR in men.

- These findings highlight a potential link between early-stage kidney dysfunction and cardiac structural alterations in men.
