Sedentary time among undergraduate students: A systematic review

Undergraduate students spend a lot of time sitting, with average daily sedentary time (ST) ranging widely. This highlights a need for more research and interventions to reduce ST in college students.

- Further research and targeted interventions are necessary to reduce ST in postsecondary students.
