Testicular Regression Syndrome: a case report.

Testicular Regression Syndrome (TRS) is a condition where testes are absent or underdeveloped in 46XY individuals. Histological analysis confirmed TRS in a 7-year-old boy initially diagnosed with cryptorchidism.
