Revascularization of a Nonvital, Immature Permanent Tooth Using Amniotic Membrane: A Novel Approach

- Radiographic evaluation demonstrated continued root elongation, apical closure, thickening of root dentinal walls, and canal narrowing.
- Periradicular tissues appeared normal, indicating successful regeneration and healing.
