CAGEfightR is a new R/Bioconductor package that simplifies the analysis of 5'-end sequencing data, including Cap Analysis of Gene Expression (CAGE). It enables efficient prediction and analysis of transcription start sites (TSSs) and enhancers, integrating with existing tools.
