Summary

Whole-lesion apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) histogram metrics can help distinguish pancreatic cancer subtypes and nodal status. The mean of the 10th-25th percentile (mean10-25) showed the highest diagnostic performance for identifying pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and nodal involvement.
