Abstract:
Fluorescent labeling of antibodies in connection with flow-microfluorometry was applied to "natural antibodies" against yeast strains Candida maltosa and Yarrowia lipolytica, obtained by cell column chromatography. It is shown that "natural antibodies" against these yeast strains react in a specific manner with the surface of the cells.
