Summary

Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) shows superior fertilization rates and embryo development compared to in vitro fertilization (IVF) in patients with severe teratozoospermia. ICSI is recommended as a primary treatment for these cases.

Background:

Purpose of the Study:

  • To compare fertilization rates and embryo development between IVF and ICSI in sibling oocytes from patients with and without isolated teratozoospermia.
