Abstract:
Extensive intrahepatic portal-hepatic venous shunts are extremely rare, and to our knowledge, this condition accompanied by an arterio-portal shunt has never before been reported. We have recently encountered such a case with marked intrahepatic portal-hepatic venous shunts and intrapancreatic arterio-portal shunts. Our angiographic and computed tomographic (CT) findings of these complications are described in this report.
