Did the ban on serving raw beef liver in restaurants decrease Enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli infection in Japan?:

A 2012 ban on raw beef liver in Japan did not significantly reduce enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli (EHEC) infections. The study found no statistical decrease in overall EHEC cases despite the public health measure.
