Redefining the Concept of Clinically Insignificant Prostate Cancer

Small prostate tumors previously deemed insignificant may still pose a risk of biochemical recurrence (BCR) after radical prostatectomy (RP). This study redefines "insignificant cancer" as "low risk," including tumors with minor Gleason pattern 4 components.
