Clinical trials of two KRASG12C inhibitors, MRTX849 and AMG 510, have shown robust efficacy in phase I trials including patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Data on the effectiveness of the drugs in other tumor types, such as colorectal cancer, have been more limited.
