Pneumococcal Polysaccharide Vaccine Ameliorates Murine Lupus

Purpose of the Study:

• To investigate the effect of Prevnar-13 vaccination on disease severity in a mouse model of lupus.
• To analyze the immunophenotype and function of T and B cells following vaccination.
