[The patient care team--experiences with a problematic therapeutic interaction figure in psychiatry]

Teamwork is an element of psychiatric therapy that is both necessary and risky. Closely bundled interactions between therapists and therapists must always be kept clearly in mind in everyday routine work, in so far as all types of cooperation between therapists are directly and at the same time an instrument of therapy, the more so for learning qua identification. Zones and forms of success and failure of teamwork are described on the basis of methodically not corrected experience along a few "axes" of team behaviour. This also leads to the discussion of a few ethical implications of teamwork.
