[Introduction of a new form of therapy (cognitive training) to nursing personnel]

We report about a project where there is thought for some months a new kind of therapy called Cognitive Training for schizophrenic patients to male and female nurses of a big psychiatric hospital. First we explain this kind of therapy, then we tell about the organization, the experiences and the difficulties which existed when we made the training program and when the nurses tried to practice this knowledge in the daily clinical life.
