JAK2/STAT3 is associated with the inflammatory process in periapical granuloma

Janus kinase 2 (JAK2), signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3), and suppressors of cytokine signaling 3 (SOCS3) are elevated in periapical granuloma. These molecules may play a role in the inflammatory process of periapical lesions.
