Semaphorin-3A Inhibits Proliferation, but Does Not Affect Apoptosis of Mouse Thymocytes In Vitro

Semaphorin-3A, a neuronal factor, inhibits T lymphocyte proliferation in the thymus. This immune suppressant impacts thymocyte maturation by reducing their proliferative activity without affecting apoptosis.
