Summary

Bruch membrane opening-minimum rim width (BMO-MRW) assessment effectively distinguishes mild glaucoma patients from healthy individuals. This new optical coherence tomography (OCT) method shows strong diagnostic capability, similar to standard peripapillary retinal nerve fibre layer (pRNFL) analysis.
