Patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) may still have high apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) despite positive airway pressure (PAP) adherence. Drug-induced sleep endoscopy revealed tongue base obstruction due to jaw laxity, which PAP could not overcome.
