Summary

The GnRH-initiated protocol (G-7d) improved ovulation rates and progesterone levels compared to estradiol benzoate (EB) or progesterone-only (P-5d) protocols in Nelore cattle. While all protocols resulted in similar final ovulation rates, GnRH and EB treatments synchronized follicle dynamics differently.
