Summary

Children who stutter (CWS) exhibit deficits in auditory temporal processing (ATP), impacting speech fluency. Poorer ATP performance correlates with increased stuttering severity, suggesting ATP disorder exacerbates stuttering.

Purpose of the Study:

  • A comparative cross-sectional study involved 54 CWS and 63 children without stuttering (CWOS), aged 7-12.
