High-Fidelity Simulation and Clinical Judgment of Nursing Students in a Maternal-Newborn Course

Simulation-based learning may be as effective as traditional clinical experiences for developing nursing students' clinical judgment. This study found no significant difference in clinical judgment scores between nursing students trained via simulation versus hospital-based clinical practice.
